If you are not using Google Tag Manager, then you need to, manually remove, add or edit any event tracking from your site code, and you are not able to enable or disable these events tracking. So you have to manually remove these tracking from the website code. And if you want to enable that event tracking again, so you have to add the event tracking back in your website code. So if you have a very big website so this is a lot of work that your developer do again and again.
